@Suzylooh  Sky may allow you to pay all bar £25 (which will get added to next bill) but there's no guarantee that this will work as it depends on payment history

@Daniel0210  Good point, I automatically presumed they weren't as the line "keep my services on" was used

 

if your services are restricted @Suzylooh  then I'm afraid it's all or nothing (iirc the within £25 rule only applies to non restricted accounts @Lisa-P1987  am I correct here)

I thought the 'all but £25' only applied if services are already restricted but I've been wrong before 😂

@Daniel0210  I found a screenshot of a reply @Lisa-P1987  posted and your right it only applies to restricted account 

 

apologies @Suzylooh but I'm going to have to correct myself if your services are not restricted then it's or all or nothing, however if your services are restricted then you may be able to pay or bar £25 (which will be added to next bill) depending on payment history

You got it @SKY1992bf @Daniel0210 We can allow £25 to be left on the account to be rolled to the next bill, but this as you confirmed is only for restricted accounts.
