How do I find how many sky and yahoo emails i have

On an email it stated that I have a timer and pin number to enter an email.  I am not aware of any pin number or a timer.  Why is this happening.  This is a shared email.

Can you explain a bit more about this, why is an email saying you have a pin to enter and where has this got to be entered ?

And what do you mean by "This is a shared email.". Are you saying it has multiple recipients, or many people share the same email address?
