How can I purchase an additional Sky Q mini box?

Hi. I can confirm the previous posters advice that you need to call sky directly and wait to get through (15 mins for me) to buy additional Q mini boxes, but they are giving prioity to vulnerable people and front line workers.so you may need to be in that group to qualify but they will advise you accordingly

I called and followed the route to cancel. I soon got to speak with someone and explained my and our issue being experienced with ordering an extra mini box and they soon took my order and it's now on its way. The chap I spoke with was surprised to hear of the issue and said he would pass it on to the people that need to know. Let's hope for others it gets sorted soon.

@redjas  try ordering a mini box from your account on the main SKYQ box.

Hi, like the others in this forum, it does not work via main box.

I goto VIP section, enter card details, and it keeps saying try again.

I have tried 2 different cards that are being used fine elsewhere

I haven't got a sky landline or sky mobile only skyQ. When I click on number here there is no number there. I have tried to order a sky mini box on the sky Q box, but it will not accept payment.

Basically;

1.You can't phone Sky as they will not deal with sales at the moment.

2. You can't order online as there are no options to buy more sky q boxes or make any other changes.

3 The same with sky VIP app, no option to order

4. Through TV box you can order boxes it seems but does not accept payment.

So, at the moment you can not buy additional sky q miniboxes
