Home move cancellation

Hi there,

I booked a home move so had a tv engineer and broadband engineer booked to come on 2nd and 4th October. The sale has fallen though and we are not moving any more so would like to keep my subscription as it is just now.

Could we cancel the whole home move process and new order which was put in place for the new house? Thank you.

If you log onto your sky.com account->your orders you should be able to cancel

 

Otherwise call sky on 150 from your landline to cancel

@Jaclyn04  You can't cancel anything via a public forum, you aren't talking directly to Sky, only other customers.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
