Hi.please could you tell me as to why skybare still billing me for services i aint got.i

Hi.could you tell me as to why sky are still billing me.when I ain't got your services and havnt had your services from May 13th 2022.you need to address this problem as soon as possible as it is having an impact on my credit rating.i would appreciate it  if someone from sky could contact myself ASAP to correct this issue please.

@Smurf+jones  You are not talking directly to sky we're a customer helps customer forum only with no account access 

 

how did you cancel and did you receive email confirmation of cancellation as without this you haven't cancelled 

 

no one from sky will contact you off the back of a forum post I'm afraid
