Hi I be paying my bill on the this Friday 21st  October and I still want  my regular payment to be paid on the 3rd November please Heather jackson

@Blondie45  If you've already missed your payment on the 3rd October it is most likley your services willl be restricted.   Sky won't keep services running on the promise of a payment

 

You should also be aware you are not talking to Sky customer services via this forum.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
