Help

Hi I rented a film for £15.99 I only watched about 20mins of it and I ended up in the hospital I came out late last night when to watch the rest this morning and it was gone then I realised it was only available for 3 days my question is will I still get charged the £15.99? Is there any way I can get the charge knocked off as I don't think it's fair to be charged when I only got to watch 20mins also I'm pretty sure you used to get the rentals for 7 days. I've always paid my rentals and sky store purchases but I don't feel right paying for this.

Re: Help

Try contacting Sky Store directly, they should be able to help.

@MrsN17I doubt if sky will let you view it but you can only ask them and hope I am wrong.

@MrsN17 With rental you have 7 days to start watching them if you haven't started to watch them within tha 7 days then you are not charged for them and they are removed unfortunately as you started watching  the film you then have 48 hours to fionish watching it then it is removed

As @fizzdisco says contact Sky store directly as I agree with you that it was an unforseen circumstance that prevented you from watching the rest of the film.
