Sky q box been flashing since fri.. Can't get threw to sky.. Can't book engineer.. Couple months back had no Internet and sky q box would not down load programs.. Did recieve any help whst do ever and no money off bill.. Quick at taking it out bank

@Kez952  You're not talking to Sky we are all customers here.  Have you unplugged your box for 30 secinds and plugged back in?

It's been off at mains for two days I've followed all instructions on pages booked an engineer next Wed at earliest..  Thanks for yer reply

@Kez952  So, in your original post you said you couldn't get through to Sky, nor book an engineer; now you say you have an engineer booked?

Well after all the arsing about after fist post.... I got threw to book one for the 25th but thanks for pointing that out to me...i did get one
