Getting charged and i dont have this service

So I got a bill on my phone bill.  I live in Canada.

It was not me they explained how this would have occurred and what all I would have had to do to be charged for it.  It was never me I don't have an account.  I was never emailed anything.

How do I deal with this?

I can't find a phone number or anything to chat with someone.

As you don't have a Sky account, this can't be a Sky phone bill. So what is appearing on your non-Sky phone bill that has to do with Sky?

A bill for what? 

 

Sky services aren't charged to a 'phone bill' even in the UK, let alone Canada.
