I'd imagine only the Bank would be able to tell you that, I'd be calling to check today. If you don't know what they are then they need to check for you.

As a first step, check with your partner that the amounts on your credit card reflect their actual Sky bills for the period.

@Rachie1  If your ex has the account and they haven't updated payment details then if Sky hold your card details they will use this to take payments.

When you click on the payments who do they say they are for?

If your ex has the Sky account in his name, and the card is in your name, cancel the payments going out. That would be my first step.

if the payment option has never been changed I'm not sure what the bank could do.

So have these payments been collected by Sky? Is that what you are saying?

Re: Fraud!

Over the last 4 months random amounts have been taken. How do I know they are genuine?

If you have a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk landline phone then you can call Sky for free via the 150 number. Or under "Need more help ?" at the bottom this page is the number to call, it might take a few seconds to appear:

Just ignore the messages at the start of the call and remain on the line for as long as you can and don't hang up when asked to do so.

If you believe these payments are fraudulent then as suggested earlier you will need to talk to your bank to see what they say.

Re: Fraud!

I've spoken to my credit card company who say I need to talk to sky. Does anyone know a number to contact them as I can't find one online
