Fort Knox !!

Its so impossible to get in contact with a real person to talk to at Sky. 😞 No webchat, endless recorded messages that go round in circles and still no person to talk to.

 

Sort it out Sky. Remember the days when you used to phone a number and someone would immediately say, "Hello, How can I help you today?"

 

Does anyone know a way to speak to a person rather than computers??

As @SKY1992bf states please tell us what the issue and we may be able to advise but if you need to contact Sky by phone you'll have to persevere past the automated system at the start. Most large companies operate this system.
