Fixed Tariff price increase?

I'm on a fixed tariff until November 2021 yet I still been notified of a price increase in April, why? I did raise the query with Sky but never had a reply

@BobW1  Sky don't do fixed price contracts and the terms you signed upto clearly state that prices can increase once in any 12 month period during the term

if you believe you were told the price would be fixed phone sky back and asked them to review the call

Check the terms of your contract Sky don't do fixed price contracts. Sky can raise prices to a limited extent once per year.

There is no such thing as fixed tariff. Parts of your package may be fixed but not all of it. For example Sky Kids @£4 for 18 months. If you want to share your package details (blacking out all personal details and account numbers) then we might be able to help.

Re: Fixed Tariff price increase?

Can someone explain why Sky Signature is increasing by £1 when it clearly stated you would get it free for a year?

The only thing I'm aware of that is 'free' for one year is Discovery+
