First time sky go user
I’ve just downloaded sky go for the first time and everything show I click on it tells me to upgrade my subscription? I just have the basic package but assumed I could watch what I have on Sky q box at home on my app?

If you are signed into the app with the correct Sky ID then you should be able to watch live TV and Catchup content so can you not do either of these ?
