Fibre Optic Installation

Fibre Optic

All my neighbours who have Sky broadband are sign up for fibre optic installation but my house isn't.

How can I be included in program for fibre optic installation?

@Gabriela80

It's not unusual for new-builds to be missing from the databases used to make availability checkers work: typically these dredge in information from several different sources, and the address has to exist on all of them.

If you're not included, then your not included.  There is little you can do, nor can Sky force a fibre installation.  That's life i'm afraid.

You didn't mention it was Ireland, as we are mostly UK customer we use Openreach.  Try this https://openeir.maps.arcgis.com/apps/instant/lookup/index.html?appid=a8fdd9780bd84f0799f99522c48f6e6...
