I am trying to change payment method as I am changing bank accounts. I have tried online and in the app, while having signed in with correct account details. Once I enter my IBAN and other detail , I see OOPS looks like something has gone wrong error message..How can I change these details?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry clearing your browsers cache and cookies then close down the browser before loading it up and trying again. If this fails then all you can do is to contact Sky so they can update this for you.

Click on the need more help drop down at the very bottom of the link below to reveal an 0333 number if your in uk
If in ROI using the same link change the flag in bottom right hand corner and refresh the link before following above instructions to reveal an 0818 number
