Error 106 on tv

I am unable to watch catch up TV, it stopped working while I was watching catch up TV with the error

Check Network Connection

Network is not connected, please check the network connection status.

 

I have gone into the network settings and input my sky password but am getting an error message that password is incorrect with error 106.

 

Have reset sky box and all other devices are working with that password. The TV connection is wireless and went off shortly after   showing a no signal message

Hi @Confusedalot  have you tried rebooting your router then reboot your sky q box once the router is fully rebooted.

Thank you yes I have, I have also unplugged the TV to see if that would clear it, but still have error message when switched back on
