Errol 400 yahoo mail

I am unable to access my Sky email account through the web site, I have had no issues for a long time then suddenly I am getting Error 400 message and can't access my email....I am using Google chrome on my laptop and mobile, I can get access when I used my iPad and safari? this is not always practice and need to be able to get access on my mobile.

On your laptop:

At the top-right click on the 3 dots then More Settings .

Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to 'Cookies and other site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.

Click Clear data.

Close down Chrome and reload it.

On your phone:

Click on the 3 dots at the top right at the top right, tap More .

Tap History. Clear browsing data.

At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

Next to 'Cookies and site data' and 'Cached images and files', tick the boxes.

Tap Clear data.

Close down Chrome and reload it.

I am having exactly the same problem. I can't get in on my windows laptop, but can on macbook and android phone???

Yes. Thank you..... I will get someone on the case later that's quite so much of a technophobe and hopefully get it sorted.  It's strange how there seems to be a few with the same problem at the same time.

@caesarome , I was going to try this on my laptop, but I don't have "more settings" I have "settings" and it doesn't take me to "more tools" when I click on it. I have a "more tools" but when I click on that ther is no time range, cookies and images, or anything else like that.  It has things such as "save page as", "pin to taskbar" etc. I am on Windows 10

@caesarome  Microsoft Edge. I've been using this for over a year, but I've only had this yahoo problem for a couple of days

The guide I posted earlier were for Google Chrome as that is what the topic starter said they were using.

For Edge try this:

1. Select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
3. Select "Cached images and files" and "Cookies and other site data" check box and then select Clear.
4. Close down Edge, reload it and try again.

@caesarome Unfortunately that didn't work either but I've got it now by resetting to "basic yahoo"
