Can't access yahoo.com emails

When I try to log into my yahoo emails I get this message:

Closing all Sky.com websites and clearing your browser cache will resolve this. Or use your browser's privacy/incognito mode. Or use a different browser.

yer i been getting the same all day too, anyone know whats wrong with it, but i can access my e-mails on my mobile but not the computer

Tried the steps I suggested?

It's working fine for me, so unlikely to be a Sky problem,.

I have done what was suggested, emails worked for a little while, but althought I can access them on my phone unable to do so on my laptop

Still not able to open emails in yahoo, taken all day to try out all the suggestions but no good.
