Re: Epgservices sky never miss

A lot of people on this thread have mentioned wanting to get the information they had put in to NeverMiss back.

One thing you could try is submitting a subject access request to Sky to get all the data they have on you, or just the NeverMiss part of it.

This is information on submitting a request

https://ico.org.uk/your-data-matters/your-right-to-get-copies-of-your-data/preparing-and-submitting-...

I think there is a help email somewhere for sky which I can't post on here. That might be a good place to send it too.

For the sake of an email you could be able to get the information you have lost when they suspended NeverMiss

You're making an assumption that the Never Miss data is still available and sky have not just wiped all the servers

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

I'm not making that assumption, I'm just suggesting making a subject access request might work.

Also if they get a load of these requests asking for NeverMiss data they might realise how much people liked it.

I think if we all give it a try now and see what happens.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Suspect Never Miss was hosted and managed by a third party.  Probably Sky forgot to renew the contract and the third party has terminated the service.

Kinda prefer Netflix...

Pure guess work, you might as well say aliens came down and stole the servers, there is no point in trying to guess the reason

Well it is as likely as any explanation Sky have provided.

Epgservices sky never miss

Why have Sky removed never miss? This was a very useful service so to avoid missing a series I will have to remember which series I had om my list (which I cannot remember now) . I will have to keep checking Sky and Google and waste my time looking for series. There is no point using Next Series on Sky+ box as this is useless and has never worked and when there is a season break I wait for Never Miss to tell me it is back on. I will now miss many series now. What is the point? You keep putting up your prices and reduce the services you provide. I cannot even contact Sky by email to complain. Sky now have a new service called Always Miss.

If that is true perhaps it is more likely it could come back, it was so useful I would be happy to pay for a subscription service.
