Really bad decision by Sky - Never Miss was a very useful tool. With so many channels to check, it made things so much easier. It looks as if almost everything is on hold during Covid - understand the need to prioritise but it is very frustrating to be unable to contact them.

I agree about series link, hardly ever works for me hence way never miss was so valuable to me because as soon as I got a email I went and manually set a recording.
SKY YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF FOR REMOVING ONE OF YOUR MOST POPULAR AND VALUABLE SERVICES

Jusy put "sky ceo email" into google, you soon find it. Sorry not going to post it here as last time i did something like that on a forum I got into trouble.

It probably won't do any good, i'm sure he has other people to read his emails, but at leat it show's we've tried and it will give you chance to vent.

Will be watching Saw on Amzon tonight for £3.49 normally I would have requested this through The Never Miss Service but thats gone without notice, and the bonus is no adverts. Not a mainstream film so that will not be in Top Picks either, not sure watch movie we will be watching tommorrow off the Sky Platform will keep you posted.

From all the communications I've recieved from Sky I get the impression that their attitude is that Never Miss was a free service so they can get rid of it whenever they want, they are NOT going to explain why and as far they are concerned the replacement is good enough. They will NOT accept any argumamt that disagrees wit this view.

Why would sky remove "never miss" without notifying paying customers. This was an extremely useful service which I'm sure will have contributed to customer loyalty. Please bring it back!

Had my response from my complaint and as expected was unhepful and contradictory
"Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you from this.
I appreciate that you took the time to highlight this to us. Please be assured, we value you as a customer and assure you that your feedback has been taken into consideration. We will also implement this feedback to improve the service we provide."
I would like to inform you that the "Never Miss" option has been removed, however you can use the "Top Picks" option on your Sky + HD box.
I see that you are unhappy with the "Top Picks" option provided at this time.
As mentioned above we will certainly forward your valuable feedback to the relevant department in regards to your query.

It then directs me to the interactive services on my box why???
What is the relevance to my complaint and then ends with
"I hope this information has helped with your enquiry. If you require any further assistance, you can reply to my email. "
It looks like they have just stuck together several standard responses in one email that don't make any sense in relation to my complaint, I am tempted to respond just to be awkward.
Hopefully my email to the CEO gives a better response, though I doubt it.
