@WnachaiGweilo  You have not seen the ones about reminders on the Q board, that did not do any good either.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

This was one of the more useful services and they removed it ?1 Add me to the list of disgruntled customers 😞

Ture, i only looked in this board.

I suspect all this is falling of deaf ears, I suspect SKY really don't care.

Of course they don't care, however I will now make my movie purchases on Amazon instead even if it costs more at least there i know it will be available when i want it.

@Carrrie I use Digiguide desktop version, they do have a Online vresion as well. I can set reminders for TV series and find it very useful, it does have slight flaws in that sometimes when programming has been changed it doesn't always show correctly, but i don't find that too much of a problem.

I didn't realise Digiguide was still going, it's what i used befor I was told about SKY Never Miss, now if only i had a list of TV Serires/Films I'm waiting for,

The number of replies is tiny considering the number of customers

That's very true, no doubt SKY will use that as justification for not taking any further action.

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Having been a Sky customer for many years, one of the reasons I have stayed loyal to them is the usefulness of Sky Never miss.  If this service is deleted, this makes them no different to the "other", "newer" streaming services and will cost me a lost less.  Therefore, as replied in their recent survey to me, I will be looking elsewhere shen my renewal is due

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

It was useful. I do not think a list of recommendations is even close to a replacement for this service. Please put this back. The search function on your Sky Go app seems only to be able to look a few days in advance. Most frusrating!

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Can't believe you have removed the NeverMiss service it was really useful and to remove it without explanation or an alternative is rubbish

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Below is part of the response I have received from SKY:

"It may help if I explain that Sky are committed to bringing you the very best in TV entertainment.  We continually review and improve the viewing packages and services available aiming to make Sky the best value possible.  Showing top programmes and developing the latest TV technology.

We firmly believe that the option to check for your favourite series beginning or returning from a break being available via your Sky digibox is easier for our customers."

Personally, I can't see how removing SKY Never Miss fits into this!

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

The search on the box will not be  as good as NeverMiss. NeverMiss also helped identify new series you hadn't heard off

Re: Epgservices sky never miss

Do SKY not understand I used the never MISS function to inform me about upcoming movies not TV series the Digi box already pre-schedules series i have already watched. This is about understanding your customer needs and wants so therefore to quote them we are "committed" holds no water.

@WnachaiGweilo If the your bit was correct it may not be so bad, but how they can tell I have a favourite beginning if I have never watched it before.

Perhaps I should buy a crystal ball as it could be more reliable.
