@Milly2017  No, they are just delivery people, they should unpack the TV and mount on the stand and place it in the location you tell them.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

It's not a Sky engineer, just a delivery company. They will unpack the devices and take away the packing. Build the stand and place it where you want.
