Speaker muffled

When watching movies or listening to music the speaking sounds all muffled but able hear the stuff in the background

@Borghild 

That would probably suggest the centre speaker isn't functioning properly, as in a 5.1 mix the vocals are typically mixed there.  You should phone Sky and insist on receiving a replacement television.
