I moved to my property on 24th and an engineer was booked for 25th July he did not send me a message to say I will be there at a certain but instead turned up when I was in the garden and left a note saying I was not in, I then rebooked and he eventually turned up saying as I have Sky Q he could not complete the work, Sky is aware I have Sky Q, he took photos etc saying he needs a longer ladder and rebooked, the second engineer came saying exactly the same thing saying he will rebook another engineer, this seems to be a pattern I dare say the other engineer will say the same basically they could not be bothered as it was too much I am now without my Sky for nearly a month by the time the engineer decides to show up

@geetal1955Hopefully Sky will send the "at heights" team a while ago Sky changed their H&S rules which severely restricted the height that installers can work at. Even with the specialist team they will not go on roofs and it may be that the dish may need repositioning.

The installer needs to get to the dish to replace the LNB so that Q will work.
