Downloading recorded programmes onto my Iphone

I am trying to download programmes that I have recorded on my Sky box onto my iPhone using the Sky Go app. Some programmes do not have the option to download, although other programmes on the same channel (EHD) do have the option to download to iPhone.

 

Does anyone know why this is?

I believe it comes down to program rights as to what can and can't be downloaded which is why you have the option against some but not others.
