Sky go not working error code 4090, check connection
I have downloaded SkyGo on two iPhones and iPad all on different networks and not one SkyGo app works on any of them. Error code 4090 check connection. I've checked my internet connection and it all seems fine on each device. Been with Sky almost a year now but unable to use this service for some reason.
help please

Have you tried rebooting your Wifi router if they are connected this way and at the same time reboot the devices themselves ?
