Downloading or watching in HD

I find it so bloody annoying and ridiculous that this has been a ongoing problem for about 6 months now or more. I cannot download anything in HD and sometimes can't even watch HD channels. I pay for HD but it tells me I need to upgrade to this feature but I already have HD and pay for it each month. Sick of this all the time and is very frustrating as my son has autism and ADHD.

Given that it has been 6 months, I assume you've spoken to Sky about it. What did they suggest?

Yes of course I've spoken to them about it and had to reset the box and do some general checks etc before but it's always happening and it's a nightmare.
