Download failed still....

Hi all,

I know there was a thread before about downloads failing, I read all the comments and have done the usual switch off and on.

All connections seem fine all ticked so not the Internet problem, I changed the djs thing to 8.8.8.8 which worked for few days but then stopped again.

I'm now having to try download the same programme about 5+ times before it finally downloads. With all the other attempts saying download failed.

What is going on and why has this not been fixed yet its so frustrating!!

Re: Download failed still....

Despite numerous discussions (one running to 120 pages) with similar headings, this problem does not appear to have been resolved. I have been having this issue for months now and have been watching exchanges from afar. However, I am still getting download failed messages on a regular basis. I have tried changing DNS settings. I have checked broadband speeds and still haven't seen a permanent solution.

I still have "Box sets" as part of my package (to be renegotiated soon) but the inability to download makes this part of my package worthless.

Is there a solution? If so, what is it? Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
