Sky Q mini box UHD issue

I'm thinking of buying an LG 50 inch UHD TV today but I've just noticed that the Sky Q mini box that, I'd be connecting it up to, is HD and not UHD.
Is there anyway round that? Can Sky supply a 2nd Q box that provides a UHD  output?
I could possibly swap my 2 Sky Q boxes round, and move the main box to where the  mini box is but this will mean extending the co-ax dish cables about 20m round the house which will be a major undertaking

@HihihihihihYou could consider Glass and a Puck which will work with UHD but it does mean getting a Glass TV.
