Same issue here but thought it was an issue with our box to start with. Only coming on here did i see that we are all experiencing the same thing. Mine is with downloading S6 of GOT on Sky Atlanic. I just get a confirmation that the download is at 101% and then a "failed download" message. Very frustrating, please fix Sky, we're left on a right cliff hanger!

I suddenly cannot watch sky Atlantic on my sky box it just keeps saying failed even when I change it to SD instead of HD

If you mean when you try to download there are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix. They have updated their status page as per this link

I've merged your post into this main thread on the subject for simplicity. As you can now see there are some downloading issues on Sky Q & Sky+ platforms which Sky are aware of and trying to fix. They have updated their status page as per this link

Hi I have a sky q box and when I try to download something On catchup it instantly says download failed any help would be grand thankyou

I am having the same problem since last night. Spoke to Sky did all the test. Reset, updated software . Still the same. They said they were having some issues which they are looking too and should be working by the weekend!

I have Sky Q the 1TB box with UHD download problems

Hi I have download problems. when i download certain programmes, they go to 100% and then go on from there to 101% (or up to 112% on one) and then get stuck. It seems that other downloads cannot take place as the box recognises that this one has not finished.

I noticed that it happened on Peacock and then crime and punishment - not mainstream sky programmes.

I know how to clear them, the problem is that they just do not finish the download and seem to go beyond the 100%.

anyone with a similar problem /Answer ?

Download problems

Trying to download a programme. Gets stuck on 101% and seems to crash. Can't download anything. Have tried deleting and starting again.
