After watching first 3 seasons of The Sopranos, I got as far as Series 4 episode 6 and now all download attempts for further episodes fail.
I used to work at Sky so know the ropes, Internet OK and other stuff is downloading with no issues.

After upgrading and adding sky cinema. I can no longer download the program I was watching on sky Atlantic 5 mins before the call. This has been over 24hrs now and the technician I spoke to on the phone said this was a general problem happening all over. But I can download other programs from other channels, just not this one on sky Atlantic

Had the download failure for 24 hours now - are customers entitled to compensation for this? Also - why don't sky contact customers to inform them about the problem? Reading other posts a lot of people waste time trying to resolve the problems themselves believing it is to with their own equipment/broadband. The 'failure' message is woefully inadequate information.

im trying download on demand stuff that is part of the sky signature such as fbi on witness i have the hd + uhd package and i cant download in non of the selected modes or do anything from the on demand section. i have only got the sky q box installed today as of writing this. what could be the problem tried reseting ect.

I am also having trouble downloading from the on demand service. It has been very, very slow to download but tonight it will not download anything at all. An error message keeps coming up saying it's a technical fault. I see a number of people having this problem, is Sky going to do something about it?

Hi all.. we're having the same issue and have been since this time last night. Is it getting ridiculous. Somethings work some things don't. I will be demanding compensation for this joke of a service

I am trying to download on demand all 4 channel the handmaids tale. Working fine until today. I have reset the box, internet and sky go still nothing. I've even updated the software?! What's going on

Yep I'm having the same issue on Box Sets - most annoying 😪 hopefully will be resolved soon
