Downgrading package

So I called Sky back in June/July time spoke to a lady & I told her that I was struggling with the package I was on & asked for the phone to be connected as I have never use it which would have saved me the monthly charge of anytime calls etc!! Throughout the whole convosation she was trying to get me to spend more money I kept explaining I just couldnt afford to, was on this call for a very long time while she continued to waffle on & then low & behold the line went dead!! So theres me thinking she will call me back or just downgrade the package but no nothing was done I have now lost my channels & have a massive bill which I might add I will not be paying as everything should have been reduced ages ago. I have tried calling numerous times & now because my account is restricted I CANNOT get through to anyone this is really fraustrating & stressful, I suffer with PTSD & this really isnt helping me at all. Please someone advise or help as I'm so fed up now with it all!!!!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

As we are customers here we can't cancel your account for you so if your services are suspended you will have to pay what is owed because again calling Sky to cancel.
