Right I already had Disney+ direct but at the beginning of last year I moved it over to sky, no issues there, now the past few months no one has been watching it, so rung Sky up to cancel it today to be told I don't have an active Disney+ subscription through Sky even though I can log on and watch things (tried it this afternoon and the last time I actually used it was beginning of the year), he said it was last billed in December going back through my account and I was pretty shocked at this as never really looked at my bill break downs as not made any changes to my products since middle of last year, and the only time a I have rung Sky was when we had issues downloading content on Sky Q as he looked back at my notes on my account, he said it was removed in January this year but has no idea why,
So I log on to Disney+ via the website to see it says my subscription is managed by Sky. So I contact Disney+ who confirmed this and told me to go back to Sky as they can't do anything with my subscription their end, which I did again, and even technical help have no idea how I can still watch it and he just said it looks like no one is billing me for it so getting it for free and just to keep an eye on my bills but he said going forward the next ex amount of months It isn't showing on my account from his end, but it is available to add on under apps on the website.
My question is has anyone else ever encountered this, cos myself, Disney+ and Sky are baffled.

Just enjoy it while it lasts! Disney nor Sky tend to give much away for free so just go with it. They can't retrospectively charge you for it.

I am doing not often you get a freebie as Disney+ confirmed they won't be billing me. Well sky won't either as they say it's not even showing on my account 🤣
