Dish/sky box could not been installed

Hi all. Quick question. I recently switched to sky, buying sky tv+, broadband and netlfix package. The engineer came today and he found out the the dish could not been installed because I have a lot of trees beside my house and this could block the signal, so apparently I can't have the service I paid for. What now? I already contacted sky and waiting for a solution, in the meantime I would like to ask if anyone else had the same problem and how you solved this, surely I don't want to pay £43 Per month only for broadband and netflix, hope they will sort this out in some way. Thank you

@FabrizioB  If the signal is being blocked by trees then there is little Sky can do about it, if the trees are on your property then get them trimmed, otherwise your just going to be in the same boat.

If you do get them trimmed be aware trees grow, and will most likely result in a loss of signal in the future.

Simply put if you're not able to get a satellite signal there is nothing Sky can do.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

You aren't going to be charged for Netflix as it is part of the TV package. If you already have the broadband installed that's all you will have to pay for at the appropriate rate,
