Bill is wrong.

When I went with Sky 11 months ago my bill was £32 a month, I moved house 4 months ago my internet speed is now slower than what it was at my old house and now I am being charged £50 a month which is unacceptable I live by myself and the internet is hardly ever used. I have constantly tried to call or get in contact with sky but end up arguing with a robot.

When you signed up to Sky you were given a discount on your price for12 months so as we pay in advance and as your discount is ending this is why yoy are seeing an increase so now is the time to contact Sky to see if they will offer you a further reduction if yoy agree to a new contract.

@BethT94  If you've had your service for 11 months and your next bill now shows an increase then your discounts have come to an end, it makes no difference how often you use your internet, you are paying for a service that Sky provide.t.  If you wish to discuss your costs use this link https://www.sky.com/help/articles/cancel-sky-broadband#contact-leave

There is a messaging option for Sky

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Bill is wrong.

I never said it was Sky's fault I don't use my internet?! I never said it was sky's fault for anything so please don't put words in my mouth! I'm stating I don't understand why it has jumped straight from £32 a month to £50 a month and when I try to call to get answers I can't. Never once did I blame sky for myself not using the internet as I full well know that's my choice thank you!!!
