I ordered two new sky mobile packages and it stated they would be delivered today however we have had no email to state they have been dispatched. We only recieved an email to state the order confirmation

Sky won’t contact you as a result of your post on here. You'll just have to keep checking your order tracking.

Yes I'm well aware it's not Sky customer service. My post was to simply see if anyone else had the same issues and how they were resolved as trying to contact someone is nigh on impossible

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Adam3193 I got through to Sky yesterday morning at about 1030 (on a Sky Mobile issue) within 4 minutes so it's not impossible.
