Delivery

I ordered two new sky mobile packages and it stated they would be delivered today however we have had no email to state they have been dispatched. We only recieved an email to state the order confirmation

@Adam3193 You may or may not be aware but you’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is primarily a customer helps customer forum. Sky won’t contact you as a result of your post on here. You'll just have to keep checking your order tracking.

Yes I'm well aware it's not Sky customer service. My post was to simply see if anyone else had the same issues and how they were resolved as trying to contact someone is nigh on impossible

@Adam3193 I got through to Sky yesterday morning at about 1030 (on a Sky Mobile issue) within 4 minutes so it's not impossible.

Did it say next day delivery when you placed your order because sadly these timescales are not that accurate due to stock issues with the relevant supplier especially Apple, your order tracking page here is the best place to keep an eye on what is happening with the order:
