Deliverey
Could the mobile I ordered be re sent as I was not home it got sent back to sky.
I spoke with a customer advisor who said he'd get it re sent but that has not happened.

@Kelster123 You will need to call Sky to do this as it is likely your previous order will be cancelled.
You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.
If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.

We are all customers here @Kelster123 so you are not talking to Sky support. If it has been renturned to Sky due to non delivery it might be that you need to order it again so when you speak to them ask them if this is what you need to do.
