My bill payment was due to go out on 25th but DD got cancelled. I've set up it up again but when will they take the payment for this month?

If you normally pay by Direct Debit and it fails on the normal due date, Sky will try again 10 calendar days later. If that also fails an automated process starts whereby your services start being restricted. We’ve been told that Skys Customer Service agents can’t stop that automated process.

you may want to contact SKY directly to get an answer to this as we are Customers mainly and we do not have any access to your account to advise you properly.
