Credit refund and bill
I never reviewed the credit refund I asked for and extra money was taken out of my bank when it wasn't supposed too. I don't have the time to sit and wait on the phone but I can't find any other contact details to get help!

I was in credit with my bill l, I asked for it to be refunded but it wasn't

Manual refunds instigated by Customer Services can take 3-5 working days (so a week).

They've taken 2 bills within 2 weeks of each other, however when I've looked at my bill and when you expect money taken that second bill is not on there at all

I think you'll need to call Sky. Obviously as customers we can't see your bill. Did you make a manual payment when you had a direct debit set up?

Can someone escalate this to chat please, I've tried calling with no use saying there "too busy" and I cant wait on the phone for an hour. All I want is my refund 🤦🏻♀️
