Hi,
I am simply trying to contact sky to downgrade my package:
-The virtual assistant is absolutely useless and initially sent me to a page for downgrading my package which doesn't work. It then sent me to a help page where I eventually get a contact phone number which doesn't work? (Phone bleeps to suggest a wrong number and I have the flag correctly set at ireland)
-When I try to contact otherwise, the only option available seems to be this sky community e.g. To let others try and answer my query instead of sky themselves??! And I though Eir was bad...
Any assistance on how simply greatly appreciated!
