Contacting Sky?

Hello all

 

Am trying to contact someone at Sky about managing my bill as my usual payment method has changed. However every number I try to call on connects me to the same automated message informing me my payment method has changed and I can't progress.

 

Can someone help me please?

What do you mean by your usual payment method has changed, do you want to update this if so you can do this yourself via your online account here:

@George12748 the only ways to pay are by direct debit or  by monthly credit/debit card, as you agreed when you signed up.

 

You can change between card and direct debit via the link in @caesarome 's post.
