No service since day after installation

Joined Sky last Thursday. Have had no internet or landline since then. Cannot view Catchup or On Demand on TV. Logged issue Friday. 4 calls later and after being completely lied to yesterday, I am told today theres not even a log of my issue! Awaiting managers call back but after being lied to I am not holding my breath.  I told customer service that my husband has Parkinsons Disease. I have no landline working. Still nothing. Is there help out there!!!

Is that when you signed up? When was your broadband activation date?

 

Do you have your broadband Hub installed? What lights are lit and what colours are they?
