Connectivity keeps dropping every 20 mins or so

Evening all,

 

For a while now I have been suffering outages which last a minute or two at a time, but happen quite frequently. I thought it was an aging router on its way out, but I renewed my contract and Sky sent out a new router and the problem still exists. My network contains a mixture of cabled and Wifi devices and this affects both connections. When the connection drops, the internet light on the router remains green, but I am unable to ping external websites. According to sky diagnostics my connection comes up as a warning of being <29mbps. On a side note, my Sky Q box has an issue of dropping connection and I am unable to get ticks in the settings for both watch via Sky Go and watch on Sky Q mini box (not that I use these functions, however they were always ticked in the past). I did spend about 40 mins with Sky support who said they would hit the box with settings a few months back, but it still remains the same status.

Router stats. The logs suggest the line is dropping on lease renewal which can signify a line fault which affects your speed

I have tried to upload some router logs, but wont accept posts with the date format?

@Andy+TurpieMight be better to screenshot the router logs so to get past the date problem when trying to copy and paste the information.

Good. 🤞👍as soon as you mentioned line dropping every 20-30 minutes that exceeds the 10 or more that constitutes a line fault in addition to speed issues
