Complaint reference

I apparently raised a complaint which sky have now closed - I have a job number but it relates to nothing????

@Ravendale  We are all customers here and therefore have no access to any accounts or complaints.  You will need to ask Sky for your complaint reference.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
