Complaint about Sky Swap
I recently did a Sky Swap which was handled appallingly and have put in a complaint for which I was given a reference number. They have contacted me when I was unavailable but I cannot ring them back and now they have said that if I do not contact them (!) they will close the complaint. Is there any way to contact them as I am still furious about the way the swap was handled and want to pursue this. If I go through Customer Services I just get robotic responses telling me they will contact me but they have not done so.

Using the 150 number is the only way to talk to Sky about this so you will have to chose an option from the phone menu like Mobile.

I've tried that lots of times and they assure me every time they will ring me back but they never do. @caesarome

There is nothing more you can do but wait until they either call back or ask to speak to someone from the swap team when you do get through to talk to someone.

I've been told that I cannot be put through to that team as they make outgoing calls only
