Mobile phone

Hi Iv tired you contact numerous amount of times not via phone call or email and still havnt had anything back, iv decided that how crap this network is I don't want to be paying £70 a month for my internet not to work and randomly when I'm out I get no service at all this is disgusting for someone laying a large amount of money to not be able to get whet they want I want something so about this as I could of stayed with 02 for cheaper all I seem to be getting is problems with sky it's disgusting!

We are customers here and as you have posted this in the Sky Mobile forum can you let us know what this issue is with the internet on your device and if this has just started to happen ?

@Georgias  You are not talking to Sky nor will they respond to a forum post.

 

If you wish for the forum to help can you advise if the issue is with Broadband or Mobile as you have posted in the Sky Mobile forum .

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Hi no this has been happening a while no like I said Iv tired contacting via email and phone call but had nothing back and my internet says I have 4g or them goes to 3G but dosnt work on anything also when I'm out different places I have no signal at all it just goes off

Have you tried sending the APN (internet settings) to your phone:

 

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/mobile-data-and-picture-message-settings

 

When it arrives, save them then reboot your phone.
