Hello,
Why am I being charged £10 per month for sky+ I don't even have the sources to use this. Also I ran a test on broadband speed which came back as good but when I am in my bedroom I have to turn wifi off and use my 4g as wifi does not work.
Can you please stop charging me for sky+ and sort my wifi connection out?
Thanks

"Why am I being charged £10 per month for sky+ I don't even have the sources to use this. "
You're saying that you have a sky+ subscription and can't use it because the wifi isn't reaching.
You will need to contact sky to cancel said subscription. Additionally sky guarantee service to the router and unless you upgrade to broadband boost and request the sky booster mesh boxes the wifi and ethernet connections are up to you
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21
If I get it right mark as answered
If I get it wrong humour me
If I say something you like give a thumbs up

Re: Charge I don’t agree with
@Flacky86 You need to contact Sky about the Sky + issue, no idea why you'd be charged if you don't have it.
As for the WiFi, they won't sort it out as WiFi performance can't be guaranteed. You pay Sky for a fixed line connection, that is, they are liable for the connection and it's minimum speed to the router, not past it. The only way to ensure maximum performance is to use cables where possible. The cause is most likely WiFi interference.

Re: Charge I don’t agree with
@Flacky86 your 10 pounds allows you to use the record functionality on your sky box. If you dont want this call sky.
You will need to also speak to them about wifi, but unless you have broadband boost which costs extra, thats something you will have to sort by purchasing an appropriate solution such as powerline.
Like you I am a fellow customer trying to help so please provide as much info as possible

Re: Charge I don’t agree with
Thanks. I don't even have a sky box as I only pay for wifi and phone. My box broke and didn't bother replacing it

@Flacky86 Your subscription doesn't end because your box broke and you didn't replace it. The subscription carries on until you cancel as your unfortunately found out.

Re: Charge I don’t agree with
@Daniel0210 Yeah I get that. I just didn't understand why I'm paying for sky+ when I thought I'd cancelled it when I cancelled my tv package. Obviously not. I'll call them to cancel
