Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - October 2020
ITV now HD on 103 and SD on 103 - so all fixed here.
@ozsat wrote:After this morning changes - hre on Oxford- ITVHD is now on 803 (done a reboot). Should be on 103 according to all sources.
We had correct SD sub-region on 103 and wrong HD sub-region on 176.
Not have incorrect SD sub-region on 103 and correct HD sub-region on 803.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - October 2020
Hi, since my ITV has moved to 803 it is not in HD, I live in Aylesbury, Bucks, which channel do I have to have it on now for HD and which region do I come under. It is in HD when I view it in Planner Home screen but not when I select the actual programme?
Regards
Nick

FYI these seem to be the wrong way around.
Cartoonito has moved to EPG number 610.
Boomerang+1 has moved to EPG number 611.

Hi @Chloe-W22
Don't know if it's been reported anywhere but recordings on ITV are not stacking since the channel changes.
Happened here on Corrie (Wednesdays episodes) and again on tonight's episodes.
Also same issues appear on other ITV programs according to reports.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - October 2020
Hi @Chloe-W22
In another post on this forum a customer in Wales has lost ITV, ITV +1 and ITV HD since Tuesday's ITV changes. We have established through deduction that the problem is that her box is mapping to the now defunct HTV Wales region, rather than Wales region. HTV Wales still exists but no boxes are supposed to map to it and the ITV channels were removed from it on Tuesday as part of the ITV changes.
I've advised the customer to ring Sky to get a new viewing card but she is concerned this will be chargeable. An alternative would be to ask the EPG team to reinstate the ITV channels to the HTV Wales region as there is clearly at least one customer reliant on it. Would you be able to pass on to the EPG team, please? I'm sure you would have a happy customer.
Thank you - and thank you for all the updates in this monthly thread.

Have a read of the thread entitled "Channel 103 [and 803] is missing from EPG menu on Sky+HD box"
You may have the same issue.

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - October 2020
@lauradeem 610 is now on Cartoonito and 611 Boomerang +1 to compensate for the loss of Disney right? 613 and 614 could do DreamWorks Channel in 2015 and failed to launch. 🤔

Re: Changes to the Sky TV guide - October 2020
How do I get listings for ITV SD Channel 803 back?
I am in the Meridian East region, and I have lost my ITV SD feed on 803. The channel still plays but the Sky EPG has been saying "No listings available" for nearly a week now, so has failed to record.
ITV HD has appeared on Channel 103, but I don't want that because the recordings take up far too much space on my Sky+ box.
I have tried rebuilding the planner but that has not worked.
Can you help please?
Sarah
