It's not 100%, but it is unlikely they would both be testing on satellite, and get an Ofcom licence if they didn't intend to be added soon.

The HD regions for BBC1 will be done before the end of the year. The BBC have already said that.  So not long t wait now but it is well overdue.

Well I noticed that the Womens Cricket World Cup begins on the 4th March, and I noticed on promos that Sky Sports Cricket will become a pop-up channel for that.
